3 Kag, 3 Shiz, 2 Hayate, 1 Kaina, 1 Zeke, 1 Azalea, 1 Camellia, 1 Accesscode, 1 Dharc, 1 Lyna. The latter 3 are very interchangeable.

Glad you get it. I also think Camellia is a very useful one-off that provides a lot of utility, and requires a bit of tactical thinking into how to use her to set up and interrupt. She is a very interesting card, and opens deck build options too. Another thing. If you use her to board break on your turn, you can ram a striker ace into her, which leads to some nice enchanges with Raye floating, or retake her with anchor and link climb or make other aces. Her effect can be triggered off Airspace, Role, and even cards like Droplets. Her effect can also potentially trigger Roze in Graveyard if she hits a monster in the EMZ, so something to take note off.

These new Sky Striker cards are pretty interesting. Link climbing into Accesscode Talker has proven to be pretty difficult without Halq. So these + Linkage (as you said boss) enables us to have more control tools at least. Can't wait to try them out :D

It is a bit more difficult to make accesscode without halqifibrax, but still possible; just requiring more setup. You can use the dark or light charmer link 2 to go into selene, who can revive an effect veiler you sent to gy earlier, to make accesscode. 11:06

I think camela works best when you’re mixing archetypes or just generic link climbing tools in. Its knightmare mermaid but for strikers. Now you only get half of the full setup as you said earlier but it still makes it quite easy to put engines in.

I barely got into Sky-Strikers, and I've been having so much fun with it. Especially now that Kagari is at 3. I'm looking forward to Camellia, she seems like a good addition

I've played a lot with the adventure engine and for the low cost of having link spider in the extra and discarding one other spell for fateful you get engage with 3 spells in the gy which is nuts for going 1st. Going second is even better thanks for the natural ability of both sky striker and adventure of breaking boards. I play illigal knight instead because it's better at breaking boards and i can use it for camelia without feeling like i lost out on a negate

One thing that you didn't mention is that if you do have area zero or multiroll on the field and camellia, you can theoretically loop camellia every turn as she dismantles your opponent's board one monster at a time.

If Yugioh was that slow, then anything is possible lol you can only SS her once per turn so getting rid of one monster per turn is not the greatest.

I think she's a great addition that sky strikers needed to be able to uses the sages, now you can get the banish support AND get rid of them when you're done

Master Duel only player here. I think I would run one at most, mostly for the first effect as a way to dump a card into the deck. I find that in the current meta, it's a bit difficult to get 3 spells + Raye in the grave in one turn cause we run more hand traps and board breakers than draw power cards like Upstart (at least for me). Hayate just isn't sufficient enough at times. I think the generic materials can really help get rid of stolen monsters similar to Knightmare Phoenix. Except Camellia can turn into another Ace Link to transition smoothly into typical Sky Striker plays so the main monster zones don't get clogged. I'm not too sold on the second effect combined with Linkage since it seems a bit situational and you would have to hit the choke point of the engine while not giving free Link materials. I don't even really want Camellia back to my side of the field on my turn since I'm not necessarily planning on going into a Link 3 unless I'm certain I can kill them with Accesscode. Plus there is the opportunity cost of not ending on Shizuku to search what you need and maybe do the Shizuku shuffle. Getting the Widow Anchor on the board and yoinking a monster on their turn can shut them down better than destroying and replacing their monster. Perhaps there's something I'm missing but that's really my initial impression.

I definitely think Camellia can help make strong boards better. The flexibility in being a good setup as well as an optional capstone to an end board I think will make her a great asset. Maybe with Ciela and Camellia, we can construct our deck in different ways than just shoving in a lot of board breakers? But yeah, great points, Shizuku is definitely hard to give up.

It all depends on timing/situation. Sometimes the added interruption with Camellia is just better, sometimes Shizuku is better for the grind. Shizuku shuffle doesn't happen every turn, and can take a bit to set up too, especially turn one. Options are nice if you can't even get to an interruption. If anything, having her alongside anchors is also an option. Camellia returning to your field isn't even a problem, and idk why everyone freaks about it so much, when she is a striker ace that goes into other aces. There are so many ways to deal with that issue, and that has hardly ever been an issue since Zeke became a card. She's a dark for Azalea, a material for Zeke, a link one for aces, can be sent off via role, airspace, zeke's second effect, etc. You can even use her to board break the opponent, and just ramming another ace with bigger/equal stats when she goes to their side, which again floats into raye, which can even lead to better pushes if anything.

It is great. However, You already have Kagari, Shizuku, Hayate... Kaina, Zeke, and Azalea are not the best, but you will need at least one in your deck... You will need to take away some tech cards from the Extra deck in order to make room for Camellia...

Oh yeah, the ED space is getting really tight. Especially in MD where Kagari is at 3. That said, they're all very good cards. Usually you have 5-6 spaces for cards other than Kagari, Shizuku, Hayate, and Kaina. Zeke could definitely come down to 1 with Camellia, since she's so generic. Maybe.. 2 Camellia is good?

I just thought of this funny striker starter combo Tour guide summon eff get sangan Link both into camelia Sangan gets any handtrap like ash if u want. Camelia sends any striker spell (prefferably widow anchor) Kagari get widow anchor Shizuku add engage. So tour guide alone would be a widow anchor, ash and engage for follow up. Thats way more than one hornet or raye. Well ofcourse its way more high risk into handtraps, if u have any monster to extend if tour guide is negated u still go into camelia :). It seems cool to me tho

Ooh that's pretty nice and creative. Yeah, I think with the generic link-2s, combo starters like Tour Guide and Rescue Rabbit (not specifically, but these type of cards) can warrant some consideration.

I'll trade a link 2 for that 2500+beatstick/link 3+/synchro, fusion, xyz, etc. Sucks that they get something out of it and it could've been better, but it's still something.

Problem with camellia is that if you remove it from your field on your turn then it will go to opponent's field then return to your main monster zone on their turn locking you out of spells

Oh no, I gave them camellia. If only there was a way to destroy it by battle with a 1500 atk monster like every striker link that floats into raye, or by burners, or take by anchor and link climb with it. Or just sitting one two striker links being fine depending on the gamestate.

@@NovaBlazerZX I mean sure, but that means you need to out your own card when you are trying to use this as an out to something else, just use that out against the card you were trying to out (sure battle out is different and non-targeting or non-destruction I forget which of the two it does)

@@i8u2manytimes having to out her on your turn doesnt take away from you when it costs you next to nothing to trigger her effect in the first place. Simply linking her into another ace triggers the removal. If anything, it baits negation, and can create chainblocks with Kagari before you even fire off spells. So, in fact it can actually even save you resources. Why use afterburners on a beatstick when i can swap that beatstick with camellia and just run it over with every other ace and then use burners on something else? On your turn, you're replacing a problem monster with a 1500 vanilla that every ace can run over or sets up a free link two for you to anchor and link climb with as an option. I dunno about you, but making accesscode with a link 2 is easier than a 2500+ non link beater i just swapped with. If she for some reason sticks on your board for over 2 turns, she can still be a nuisance on the opponents turn, as she is a striker that floats into raye. A board of two aces, and 1-2 non striker interruptions in certain simplified gamestates isnt bad, and again can save you spells if your opponent can't kill you, something I feel pilots need to take into account at times. And if you're afraid of her shutting off your spells. Simply don't use the 2nd effect if you cant for some reason play around/take advantage of it that turn.

This is not a good card. At Link-1 it's incredible. At Link-2 is nigh on unplayable.
