It's not that random - it's actually one of the more major songs from Return To Dreamland. If you listen to the RTD credits theme, you can hear Sky Tower a couple times, showing that it has some importance in it.

If you haven’t listened to this with headphones, you can clearly hear all the different parts, I can hear the techno clearly in some parts and the techno keeping the temp, while the original melody is itself all while the rainbow curse ads a smooth background to the return to dreamland theme, making a beautiful mix of techno, smoothness, and harmony. If you want to know where the rainbow curse was noticeable, it’s right here at 0:14 and a lot of other parts, if you listen closely enough you’ll also here planet robot at 0:28 and a lot of other parts. 10/10 mashup.
