Oh man, I love when you get nostalgic and talk about fun childhood stuff like clackers! I forgot they were fundraiser prizes, but they totally were! MS Read-a-thon! Jump rope for heart! And it was always the kids whose parents took the fundraising forms to work who won the big prizes. I never did, but hey, i'm not bitter. ;)

Oh those books from Disney, my auntie has all the classics books from Disney…they are so much fun to read or to look at, love them! The goofy mug 😍😍😍 everybody loves Goofy, how can you not love goofy, he is so cute 🥰! Wow! Another great thrift haul! I love that you thrift as a family. My hubby just doesn’t like being out and about and would rather I go alone..not complaining, as it is sooo needed to have some Mom time! Love your Disney mugs- fantastic finds! My son is very much like Winnie in that he prefers a hoodie and not a pull over. He can get out, but he likes the zipper. Cute fashion show by Winnie! That Holly Hobby thermos reminded me of my tea set that I just found a couple months ago at my parents..in storage for almost 40 years! I couldn’t agree more about the books..no such thing as too many and the hard copy is sooo much better than an electronic version. Just spent $100+ on Scholastics books that will be divided up over the course of the year..son loves them and the school gets rewards. Hang in there my friend.🤗You’ve definitely got a lot on your plate and need to take those moments to just breath. The house will eventually get organized, the kids will continue to learn, and you will find time to laugh and love as time goes on. You got this girl!! 💜 Love ya!

I remember when I was little we had the original clakkers glass ball on the end of a string, let me tell you they could do damage if you were hit by it, probably why they were banned and pulled from selling. I was just thinking yesterday how much Cooper has grown and thinned out. Just watch out - he'll have a huge growth spurt right after you buy him a bunch of new clothes. 😃 Skyler is such a good Canadian boy - shorts and flipflops in the winter. It was 0C here this morning. Sheesh, winter comes on fast sometimes. You're right, Miranda, he'll understand the value of things once he starts spending his own money on clothes. It's like when I told my boys that it was time for them to start doing their own laundry (at age 14). All of a sudden, their dirty laundry went from 2-3 loads each week down to 1. It's funny how that works, eh?

I’m feeling overwhelmed too! Two house guest left yesterday at noon and finally made it home at 4:30 a.m.! Plus my daughter is in a cam boot and we are headed to FL by plane early in the morning to see our new grand baby (my daughters) and my 1st great grandchild! The new mom doesn’t know we are coming! I have so much to do today plus it’s Election Day! Thinking of all you have to do and go through this week. Dulth Trading is very expensive! Good find.

Oh I feel ya. There is so many days I want to have a dumpster pull up in the front of the house and just chuck everything. My kids have so much toys and clothes and lord forbid you try and get rid of any of it while they are home. Also the shopping with my older son now drives me crazy. He thinks money just grows on trees and he gets on my last nerve when out he will nag and nag. Feels like you're going around the store the whole time saying No. Makes it not fun to shop. Then as soon as you leave the store he will start nagging for Food. Like seriously kid give me a second to breathe.
