Miranda please don't feel bad about still being stressed over what happened to your sweet little Winnie. A year ago, my partner woke up to find me laying in our kitchen floor, unconscious and barely breathing. We have no way of knowing how long I was laying there as I have no memory of it. After calling 911, she called my mother to meet us at the hospital .... I was unconscious for two days and even after running tons of tests, none of the doctors could determine what was wrong. When I finally regained consciousness, I didn't know ANYONE! I didn't even know my own name!!! My mom (who never left my side - she slept on the couch that was in my hospital room) had heard that sometimes familiar music can reach the mind before people, started playing songs by my favorite artist (Reba McEntire) and I sang along - remembering every word! A day and a half later, I woke up from a nap and said "Mom, will you play another Reba song for me?" She answered yes and while looking for a song on her phone, she stopped, looked at me and said "What did you say sweetheart?" Upon repeating it, she suddenly jumped up (almost literally jumping into the bed with me) and threw her arms around me crying "You know me! You know who I am!" I was totally confused as I had no memory of NOT knowing who she was!!! I tell you all this only to say that as the mother of a young child who experienced what you did, it is completely understandable that you would still be shaken up at this point. Afterall, I am 58 years old and this happened over a year ago and my mother still talks about it and worries like it was yesterday!!! 😊 I am so happy that it appears Winnie is doing well now. I pray that her recovery continues to be swift! I'm sending you all much love and many prayers from Central Texas!!! God Bless! PS - BTW - I'm a brand new subscriber! Miranda, I am so glad Winnie is doing better and you all made it home safe and sound. I completely know how you feel with Winnie's incident. My daughter has had seizures since the age of 2 and she is now 28. This is not about me or my story. I just want you to know your are normal in feeling this way. That is your precious child. 💕💕 I will not give you any medical advice as you will get enough of that here in the comments. However, what kept us sane at night was a baby monitor for many many many years. Love you all bunches and so happy you had a wonderful time in the states!

I'm so glad that you are all home safe. Does sweet Winnie have a follow up appointment from your doctor. It's nice to see her bubbly personality coming back. I don't think that people who haven't been through any sort of emergency can really understand what everyone in your family has been through. Still praying for a Winnie and the whole family. Miranda, there is a family on KZbin going through exactly what Winnie is going through. Winnie looks so much better, her color is back in her cheeks. Unfortunately, Mama isn't doing so well in the other family. I was hoping maybe you would try to talk to them through KZbin or Instagram It is Carlin and Evan Stewart or The Bates Family. They are a very conservative Christian family but very, very sweet. Would you please contact them, she just continues to get worse? I cried for Winnie and I cry for them. They have a 2 yr old named Layla and a 2-month-old named Zade. I have prayed for Winnie since the day I found out and she seems like she is back to normal, praise the Lord. I am continually praying for Carlin if you guys would lift her in prayer I would appreciate it. I am glad you had fun for the most part in the States. Glad to see pink Winnie again. yay so happy that winnie is doing so good . i love all her squishy toys she got it’s like Christmas . Miranda if there is ever a toy u can’t get and want in the states let me know . i would be happy to send it my hubby flys for fedex i get shipping pretty cheap here . i’m like winnie when heading to waco texas to Magnolia omg i’m in heaven when i go shopping there . we stop along the way and shop and already picked 2 things up on our drive 😀 gas is 4.54 here it’s crazy but we’re mindful when we do go out . we are house hunting this summer too checking out areas to move too i’m so excited to buy our forever home 🏡 we been living in limbo almost 2 years now we may have to wait a little longer til prices drop but hey i’m here for it . yes you and hubby need a alone getaway trip just the two of you ! start planning . you guys deserve it . miranda fly to hawaii omg it’s so beautiful it’s breath taking .

I'm packing my bag now .. let's go to Niagara Falls or Turks and Caicos for a second honeymoon! A parents only trip is on our list of things we want/need too. On a side note, I have watched two of my girls in a similar situation to Winnie. The nightmare's will fade with time.. the only other thing I can offer is a virtual hug and I will have nice refreshing beverage to celebrate that you are all home safe and sound!

I completely understand you , I went through the same thing with my son few years ago at school and we had to take him to the hospital and they did many test and Ct scan, it was one of the worst moments of my life, but thank God everything went well and that episode was never repeated 🙏

Hey im so glad you guys made it home safe. I was worried about yall. Winnie looks really good. Is she feeling better? Praying for you guys everyday. I think you are such a sweet mom for giving Winnie prizes for taking meds. I do that too. My baby he is 2 years old he has juvenile arthritis so everytime he takes a shot which is every week we buy him some type of monster truck. I have another baby that is one. He in the process of getting tested for juvenile arthritis too. Its so scary when are babies get sick and we cant help. I just want you to know you and Curtis are amazing parents.
