A rabbit hole worth the dive! Vessels voice is gold. This band doesn't make bad music. I would suggest the summoning, Granite, and Alkaline. There are many many more! The love you want is beautiful and a visual masterpiece. You commented on the drumming. II (two) is an amazing drummer. He has playthroughs that will blow your mind. I'd suggest Hypnosis. I've never really watched reaction videos, never saw the appeal until I got into Sleep Token a few years ago. It's so entertaining to watch people discover them. I am 43, have been listening to music non stop for as long as I can remember, and yet I haven't gotten as excited about a band as I have these guys since I was a kid discovering U2 in the early 90s. They very quickly because my favourite and it felt weird to say so after such a short amount of time but they are simply that good. Listen to any song, you can't go wrong. Watch Blood Sport the room below version to fall in love with vessels (the singers) talent, watch the drum playthrough of Alkaline to see the drummers. Check out anything from the new album to hear iii's bass coming through, and anything else from the new album to listen to iv shine on guitar. Watching them live on KZbin doesn't compare to being there in person. So much variety in their songs, so much originality, so much passion in the lyrics and vocals. Honestly can't say enough good things about this band! Enjoy the rabbit hole, I highly recommend falling down it!

There's nothing quite like getting to the end of a 5-minute song, and your first instinct is to say "Is that it? Nooo!" By the way, if you like those drums, look up Sleep Token's "Hypnosis (an offering from II)". II's drumthroughs are just sooo masterful. Like watching an eldritch being create art. I've got the Hypnosis one on repeat, it's flat-out mesmerizing, even without Vessel's vocals.

They are so good, and no two songs are alike. Obligatory suggestion for "The Summoning," or really anything else they've released since January, but "Atlantic" from their previous album is my favourite.

ST is kind of a beautiful rabbit hole to go down musically. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. They are one of the few bands these days that are both daring and talent enough to pull off great songs in a multitude of genres, sometimes during the same song [see The Summoning, The Offering, Higher, a bunch more]. I highly recommend any of those songs, although, tbh I recommend any and all of their songs. They really are just that good.

As much I like the summoning, as a fan of sleep token for a few years already, I hate it being people's first introduction to them. Great song, but I feel it may give a lot of people the wrong impression about them. Might scare off the non metal fans. However, it's still a song that needs to be heard!

When the creature starts crying, his arm seems to move a bit, and my mind decided that it's sad it can't kill, like it wants to swing its axe but knows it will be destroyed if it does so (indicated by the lasers in The Summoning). For my mind-canon, these creatures are old gods and aren't on display exactly, but are in a standoff; They have to hold their position or get killed bc whoever put them where they are fears their power. In the summoning, you can see some subtle movement, and I think that's what triggers the snipers or whatever. It's kinda sad to see these beautiful horrors contained in such a way, but it would probably be worse than sad to see them free

Absolutely. Will Ramos at the moment is the best thing that happened to metal in last 30 years. Dude is a beast vocalist. And he is a really great dude. Start with to the hellfire or pain remains trilogy. Blur the videos to beat copyright claims and enjoy the ride. Lorna shore ( will Ramos) are top tier in metal ( deathcore) at moment and it’s not close
