@@SkydiveVibes I am out in Washington State at Skydive Kapowsin. I am done with AFF and on jump 15 working toward my A licence! The weather here isn't the greatest around this time of the year so trying my best to get a jump or three in when I can!

Hi Catherine - Awesome Video :) Do you have - or could you add to your list of upcoming videos, a video about the off season and what you can do to keep sharp - keeping fit, practice ideas in a tunnel if you have access to one, instructional videos? anything that comes to mind about staying sharp during the down weeks would be awesome!!! What about to use a heart rate monitor strap and sync it with the video? :) i got only 4 jumps (from my AFF) and i wonder how much i'm reaching as new jumper... 120-130 maybe 150 ? :D
