Taylor vs Serrano 2 was another classic. An absolute war, and another close fight that Katie was very lucky to win this time around. I hope she fights Cameron in the trilogy fight next and retires. She's at the end of her career. It's about time to call it a day. If they could do that fight in Croke Park, it would be a great way for Katie to go out. Massive event in Ireland as well. As for Serrano, she's up there in age as well. Not too many more fights left for her either. I'd love to see her fight Skye but im not so sure it happens. If not, Skye needs to just start going after the other champions. Start building her own legacy. She can't wait around for Serrano.

If you over 12x3 minutes have "more time to make her look silly" it's just as true that "she would have more time to get to you." So, it works both ways really. Serrano would be the A side if you were to fight her, so give her the 12X3 minutes she prefers. I think it's a silly, and frankly sexist debate anyway. All fights should have 3 minute rounds imo. If 2 minute rounds are so exciting, why does nobody advocate for 2 minute rounds in mens boxing?. Don't they want mens fights to be exciting? Do they think that "women can't do it?" Tough luck than for those who can't. But if women can do 5X5 minutes in MMA they can also do 12X3 minutes in boxing. Nobody is saying that a womens marathon should be 30 kilometers instead of 42 because they're women. Leaving all that aside, especially late in a career boxing becomes mostly a business. Easy to understand because you only have a short time left and you will have to go through the rest of your life with what you've made. So of course Serrano will much prefer to fight Taylor again than Skye because there's much more money in it. I do agree with Skye however that Amanda should vacate those belts if she has no intention to go back to 126. Than she can fight whoever she wants without holding up other fighters. Same for the Taylor/Dubois situation at 135.
