Skye & The Outer Hebrides - Day 1 - Skye and Raasay - 18/08/2024 (Part 1)

We start the morning in Mallaig, where we board MV Coruisk for the short crossing to Armadale on Skye. From there, we drive to Sconser on the eastern side of the island, for another short hop to the relatively small island of Raasay onboard MV Hallaig. We finish back at Sconser, ready for the drive to Uig, where, as you will see in the next video, we sail to North Uist in the Outer Hebrides.
As usual, I have included clips of the ferries operating their services, as well as various views from during each crossing, all of which will have captions where relevant. You will also notice a new type of footage that is making it's debut to the channel in this video. Having purchased a GoPro just before the trip, I have managed to include some timelapse and real-time video from the driving sections, which will allow you to see even more of the scenery from the Highlands and Islands!
