I've skimmed through some posts online and apparently only certain devices can show the portal. Someone on a galaxy s22 could see but on a s21 can't. Nintendo switch can't either. Idk about apple products or PlayStation, but I image pc users can. Unfortunate but nothing can be done about it :/ but maybe it's on a schedule? Idk.

Candles and tickets are different currencies. Collect the flame or wax and make candles. Collect daily tickets to buy stuff.
