Your video about creating a print aux to record through has totally changed the sound of my music for the better. On my newest track I recorded the vocals and all the instruments through a print aux with the 1078 into the 2A - I already have a neve-style hardware preamp, so I don't use the plug in version of that. Once I started recording through the compressor chain the quality of my recordings jumped incredibly. The tracks sound better right off the bat and I had to do so much less in the mixing and mastering stages to make everything sound good. I also was able to mix my tracks much louder having recorded them through the chain and print aux method. Thanks for the level up! Keep doing what you're doing!

I watched a vocal chain video of urs, I was curious on how you deal with plugin delay, Ive already delt with my input delay, but when adding plugins, like autotune, it makes it a fair bit off, when watching yours it seemed instant, maybe my eyes are going bad but it definitely looked like less latency that I would get using it.

do you have the Neve in the unison slot of the apollo console or as a normal plugin in your daw? That could be why, cause the unison slot "replaces" the original interface input gain.

Adjust the input on the neve accordingly to every track, it’s not a set and forgot deal. He was pretty far from the mic so he cranked his input higher

@@TheFrenzyNetwork leave it in the unison slot. the tlm 103 has around the same sensitivity as my rode nt1-a... meaning you should be good if you put the red knob at 45 and leave the other faders alone. (for singing at least). If this doesn't work then put the mic input gain at around 40 and the Neve in the insert slot and adjust to taste
