I used to adore Skylanders when I was at high school. Heck! I remembered playing Skylanders:Imaginatiors and Skylanders: Super Chargers (Plus, I love the theme song in Super Chargers). I don’t mind Spyro’s design. I do equally appreciated Spyro despite that I adore Skylanders back then.

Admittedly, I was one of those who played The Legend of Spyro series before the classic PS1 trilogy, and thought the Skylanders version was "unworthy" of being named after our favourite purple hothead. But over the years, I came to actually prefer the Skylanders version over the Legend version. Sure, his design is a bit weird, but when it comes to the overall character, Skylanders Spyro is more faithful to the classic version in my opinion.

Wow, it feels so weird to find this game in a meme in my recommandations. It's a huge part of my childhood. I remember 8 years ago when I was playing it on my Windows 7 PC before going back to elementary school (I was around 10 years old and I would go back to school at 13:00 or earlier since the classes began at 13:00); I also remember how much this PC used to crash x) It was annoying, that's why I got the Wii version after that.
