Skyline Drive in Canon City

This video was taken in July 2024, of Skyline Drive just outside of Canon City, Colorado. This narrow, one way, 2.6 mile road was built in 1905 by about 30 prisoners from the State Territorial Prison nearby. It makes you wonder what life for them was like back then, who they were, what crimes they committed, etc. If you're deathly afraid of heights, don't go there, because there's a very steep drop off. There's a Prison museum very close to the drive as well. Enjoy the ride!
