@@injolemiit actually is. Since the products are extremely cheap there is no way there wasn’t an insane amount of labor, paid workers and legal shipping. However shops like H&M have more expensive items which means they do actually pay everyone, things are legal etc. Also ppl went undercover in both shops and Temu/Shein has been proven multiple times to be wayyyy worse
