DIY Miniature Doll Mini Feather Hat - For Barbie!

About 35 years ago, I made black top hats- like Frosty the Snowman's top hat in the cartoon show, and 'created' winter scarves as hat bands. They looked precious atop yarn snow men and snow women. Cutting all the poster board circles, rings and long rectangles was labor intensive. I think hot glue guns have improved since back then, too. I remember burning my fingers with the glue. So not fun! I love your hats. Especially the blue and purple ones! So sweet!
