Finally got this one and played it a few times - absolutely agree with all you've said - smooth and clever automa reacting to you, tons of variability in different scenarios, addictive gameplay... another hit from Pfister.

I have this pre-ordered and it looks really good, I would have liked an option for an extra set of AI card to play against 2 opponents or even 3 if I wanted to run them as certainly the other side of the board plays better at higher player count I think

You could make this happen pretty easily by just scanning an printing a new set of cards for each Luna opponent since each of the player boards are double sided and have Luna’s information on them.

@Father Paolo, O.Pa. The AI cards that come in the box are compatible with mini Euro sized sleeves (45mm x 68mm). I have not printed out the PnP file yet, but I would guess that they should come out the same size.

I plan on printing out 2 more sets of LUNA's cards to play against multiple bots, as far as I can tell it will be seamless to implement.

This game is not medium to medium-heavy. It is at least on the lower scale of heavy games. It has a weight of 3.8 on bgg... taking the figures of Mombasa into account. There are hardly any games that have a 4.0 or higher, mainly because I believe that a lot of experienced players cant evaluate the complexity of games in an objective way. Concerning my collection, only Through the Ages, Spirit Island, Mage Knight and the Colonists have a higher weight. Just because I don't have a problem learning the rules of Skymines that doesnt mean it's medium resp. not heavy. ;-) If you take out the clown that gave Skymines a 1 (=light), it currently even has a 4.0. Well, we know that according to BGG that is called "medium heavy" BUT the average of so many voting people leads to another senseful scaling....especially as there are only those five numbers (1,2,3,4,5) to choose from which is completely insufficient while you can rate a game even with several digits.
