The first time I heard her speak I could see a very formidable, firm, and smart woman who was going to achieve something significant! I am more and more convinced that she is the next Iron Lady - And it looks like her inheritance will be just as grievous as Thatcher’s in 1979 😔

I just hope that most politicians can emulate this kind of descent speech from Kemi; she answered all the questions put to her without insulting any of her opponents, so impressed on how she talked briefly about the policy, because a government without a geniew policy won't fulfill or deliver their promises

At least her answers make a lot more sense than those from Liebour’s. She does answer questions, sometimes at a higher level, but she does understand the key issues and concepts. She is someone can talk to.

What this current government doesn't understand is how to help companies and, therefore, the economy to grow. Increasing employer NI is beyond stupid and will do the opposite Throwing money at public sector workers shows their lack of understanding on how to help businesses. It's private companies that have to pay for those rises. Kemi's comments were absolutely bang on.

She answered about the ECHR many times during the election for leader. She will leave if necessary but it is no silver bullet as many of the problems remain because of an activist Home Office and other tribunals and legislation.

She needs to drop that phrase 'they need to go'. I can hear the NF chanting that one loud and proud. The Tories still have a long ways to go. Skin colour isn't going to help. What motives one to join a party? Are the hosts welcoming? What about the guests? Will we have a good time? Those are the things I need to know. Done lining up in the street, hoping to get in, and paying to do so. Is my name on the guest list? If not, why would I attend? Invites only.

@@theoz3613 Indeed, u can see that Kemi actually thinks and tries to determine the root causes of why they lost the election, why the economy is experiencing slow growth, then she formulates a plan with policies to tackle this issues. A very scientific approach almost resembling Thatcher’s approach and leadership style.
