Parliament is likely reluctant to strip titles because they know KC doesn't want it. What is the solution?

Concerning H's Visa application, having been through the process myself with my European husband, I can tell you 1st hand that the whole process is arduous and mentally draining. And NO, you can not lie nor can cheat the truth. Everything on those many, many forms must be accurate and truthful.
