And there should be no pardon given for crimes when the person wasn't even accused of a crime yet!!! Like, way to advertise their and YOUR part in a crime when you pardon someone who wasn't even charged. And no blanket pardons for any crime they may have committed in the past 20 years. None of that os legal so the new govt just ignore the illegal "pardons" and now go after those people. We now know exactly what to investigate for some of them.

All Presidents from this point on might as well pardon their entire administration. The public isn't outraged enough so the Presidents now can pretty much have their admin do illegal things then get a pardon for it later.

I used to be outraged by this sort of stuff. I don't care anymore. Trump has done whatever he wanted without real consequence, so he can continue to do so and so can everybody else. This is what American politics is now. Just accept it I guess.

Want information? Leak that you are going to look at all the staff below these folks. They didn’t get a pardon, but they helped facilitate what they did. Offer amnesty to the first three that come forward.

If Trump's admin takes them to court and uses the pardons against them. They are only protected by Federal charges not state. 1. they will have to lie under oath and then can be prosecuted for perjury. 2. Refuse to testify which is criminal contempt(even though their immunity legally compels them to to have to). 3. Or Admit to all the criminal shit they did, got immunity for and lied to the public. Not to mention the entire conspiracy to commit. The same public they have no problem going after if they were to commit those crimes... 4. Military officers can be recalled Under UCMJ

Except you have to PROVE they committed perjury. It doesn't matter what you know or think you know, it matters what you can PROVE. But yeah, there's a reason Trump did literally everything he could to not testify, he didn't want to get prosecuted for perjury either. They could always invalidate their own 'pardons' and refuse to cooperate like Trump. Then he'll have the same problem that they did, minus the evidence. It all boils down to the evidence buddy. Does that make sense to you? If the evidence was there, federal pardons don't matter unless the states don't care about prosecuting crimes.
