I agree with RFK Jr our food needs to be freed from needless chemicals. It causes disease slowly over time. All labeling should give total calories not suggested serving size. I need an Excel spreadsheet to calculate my actual serving calories and nutrients. If the food pyramid is changed to put fat on top, protein on the bottom, and carbs in between, would be closer to what healthy looks like. Since I changed and monitored my diet I have lost 35 LBSs, gone to normal on all my blood indicators, and feel better. I still have 25 LBSs to go, but it will only go if I can continue to consume healthy food in the right quantities. JFK Jr can ensure the healthy food part.
