As a former Biden supporter who hated trump. I really don't understand how it's a shock after what biden administration did. I still think Trump is a wierd president after Jan 6 and the muslim ban and the way he said blocking illegals made it sound like he hates mexicans. But we need Trump as he's perfect at reversing the damage of the Biden administration. I didnt even do my research on y i voted biden I just thought "no more mexican and muslim hatred no more Jan 6." But in reality he hates illegals, I still find the muslim ban irrational, he incited no violence on jan 6 he said walk to white house now flippin vandilize but I still feel he shouldve known better that the crowd might get too wild. I did my research this time. He pretty much did the opposite of biden andministration. Inflation low, border secured, wages high.

I am not a right or left voter….to be clear I follow a number of things before I vote in which would be best for Australia at that time. I look at the living pressures which every country is going through, the policies required to fit and then the leader. Basically in Australia there has not been chasm in policies over history. So if it came to leadership I.e. the face that Australians faithfully supply to the rest of the world it would be as you agree someone that represents us in the manner which we would expect….and yes Australians are hard markers. There is absolutely no doubt and that is confirmed by both sides that someone like Trump would not even get a look in as his background and record does not go anywhere near our standards. From what I gathered Americans were not ready for Harris and to be fair she did a good job considering the amount of time she had. So we look to see what will transpire when all the hype dies down. We are a lucky country.
