happy 70th birthday. My maltese grandfather died at 95 years old this week. he come to Australia after growing up in the most bombed country in ww2 when he was 18 on a australian supply ship returning to Aus to become a naval engineer fixing ships docked in Au. He has 17 grand and great children who will carry his name in pride! He started a Nursery/plant shop / business 20 minutes from Melbourne city in his 40s when ww2 was over and the navy didn't need his work. So he started a family with an Aussie lady who sadly died from cancer before i got to know her. Im 40 but i still remember the great days of the 80s

Ours hit a peak with Ardern but goes back to the Clark government and some terrible race preference legislation on property rights. Kiwis were badly taken advantage of - being nice, moderate, tolerant, slow to speak up, and largely ignorant of constitutional matters all got abused. The centre finally caught on so we're beginning the rollback. It's everywhere though. Tough times ahead. Hooroo!
