Javier Milei savages the UN for imposing ‘ideological agenda’ on its members

Argentina’s President Javier Milei has slammed the United Nations for going from an organisation that “pursued peace” to one that imposes an “ideological agenda” on its members.
Mr Milei referred to the UN’s support of COVID-era lockdowns and that it was guilty of being one of the main proponents of the “systematic violation of freedom”.
He also slammed the UN for allowing despot nations to sit on its human rights council and lecture democracies such as Israel.

Javier is correct on many issues - a brave man to speak out. However, his economic ambitions while very worthy and based on excellent logic... are going to be dependent on his desire to attach those policies to the US dollar - that's a mistake! I can only hope its a message used for political "expediency"... and he will adapt to international reality as BRICS grows and launches its sane and sensible global financial alternative. The US Dollar is dying as the international reserve currency. Basing your currency on it - especially as runaway inflation is a major issue in Argentina - is probably not going to be wise in the medium to long term. The dollar is presently being propped up by money printing and panicky wall street (driven by massive global hedge funds and a history of debt derivatives) is sitting on so many market bubbles! All just waiting to pop when the inevitable points-of-no-return (literally) come home to roost.
