Then, he said that she LAUGHED when he got sentenced. I don't think that's a time for laughing. I'm a huge proponent of the Death Penalty and for strong punishments for crimes, but I don't think when it's time to sentence someone that it's a time for laughing. It's a very serious and solemn time. You can be happy later if a criminal has been justly charged, tried and sentenced.
