If you wanna go all out I’d say conquer 30 areas that are claimable (there’s a map on the mod’s discord where it shows all the areas you can put claim for yourself), kill a couple whiterun guard (sorry Vinny) take their clothes and use that as the template for your commander armors, troop armors (4-5 total unit types) and one for yourself ofc (maybe a few more for your steward, general, blacksmith, as well as your future jarls, their stewards and their housecarls), then build up your armies’ power, upgrade your hold once you conquer one, and then conquer all of Skyrim. One tip is to conquer in this order: Roads/Enemy Camp, Fort, City, you need all three to fully take over a hole. And station troops every where you conquer, and a second tip is to declare war on the empire second or once you’re truly prepared cause they will invade land you conquered and could take it back if you are spread too thin or are attacking another area while they invade your area. If you wanna go the sneaky diplomatic route you can declare a ceasefire and the general of the enemy army would come and you can offer to take a hold for another hold or something. Reject the first offer, then the general will glitch and offer you a hold for nothing in return. Then you just gotta wait a few in game days, use it to rebuild and strengthen your army then the war reignited and you can conquer again or do the talks again to get another hold for nothing in return lol. Once you manage to defeat both the stormcloaks and empire fully, you just gotta upgrade every village, major and minor city, turn off conscription and taxes for them too, and you should be able to become elected for high king and thus High King Vinny shall be born

@@JustMeegz I know I said a whole lot but it took me forever to beat the empire so I have to be detailed to make sure the Vinny empire lives. (Also cause I saw a person playing the mod and they were struggling cause they declared war on the empire first and then didn’t take over the fort (which is needed to take over a hold fully).
