My first time playing in 2011, Alduin landed on the roof of the tower and just sat there and everyone just stood around for a good like 10 minutes before I reset the game 😂

4:10 Damn, he said they couldn't do it and they all paused in consideration. They then realized, they couldn't do it. It would be inconceivable to proceed at all if he, Lokir, isn't a rebel himself. Unfortunately, it seems that the captain was dead. Thus there's no way this could be resolved with no one to overrule this systematic blunder. Paralyzed in indecision, they all stood in awkward silence as shame falls over the empire and Ulfric gets the final, albeit muffled, laugh.
