Skyrim enemy tier list with my bf

In all my years of skyrim i hope this is a good opinion tier list

First one is Alik'r warrior from hammerfell. Very much not a bandit. They're only an enemy in 'In my time of need' quest. Second is a storm Atronach.

Dragons get more annoying the more you run into them over time, but late stages i agree with the ranking. (sure they are no threat later in the game, but are annoying either way.)

i agree, but if you arent careful around a legendary dragon you will definitely die
