@@akaviri5 well the tavern is understandable, given that Hulda (the tavern keeper) mentions wanting to sell the tavern to Ysolda so she can retire. So we can assume that that's why Ysolda gets the tavern. Ysolda also says she really wants to own a business in Whiterun, so it makes doubly reasonable. Not sure why she gets Belethor's store, but it's probably for a similar reason

Okay I was gone for all of this year and just got to watch this. I have questions...or comments really. Fish will sometimes run under a log to get off a hook, but only cartoon fish can hook tongs onto your line to irritate you...And putting people Back in the water suggests that that is where they started out....what? Oh well I have missed our lovely Kippers so much. Oh and I played the new fishing mod for the Rim. I lasted almost five minutes myself before I realized I could catch more fish by swimming, so...haha Thanks for all the fun.
