There's something hilarious about seeing Sora and crew just go around murdering people with a smile frozen on their face and those emotionless, unchanging eyes. I choked on my drink when I saw the kill animation with Sora stabbing the guy, knocking him on the ground and then walking up to him to stomp in his face.

It could very well be possible.The developer of KH3 said something about camera angles being shot from behind the back. Nomura also wants to use cut scenes during battles, a dynamic scrapped from KH3D; so I hope so.

Night, Please calm down and Replay Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, but instead of skipping the cutscenes, Try to Pay attention, Riku was working for the darkness/ansem, so Sora had to stop him. Riku purposefully went into the door to Darkness. he wasn't "Left Behind" and besides, Kingdom Hearts 2 has Sora searching for Riku.
