Goldenhills Plantation is useful if you want to make alchemy Legendary a few times to get extra perk points.

4:51 You never harvest the canis root in the Myrwatch indoor garden. I don't understand it; no KZbinr is better at spotting canis root in the wild, but you always skip it when you harvest that garden.

That's because it doesn't respawn. All the pre-planted ingredients in the Myrwatch garden can only be harvested once. After that, the plants are just for show. Same goes for the Jazbay Grapes, Creep Cluster, Juniper Berries. None of those respawn.

I use the production from goldenglow to super level alchemy and speech. If you take those potions you make and sell them to a vendor that has no money almost every potion up to like 70 or 80 speech give a full level in speech. So if I just want a crap load of perk points I just legendary alchemy and speech over and over. Generally at that point I don't care about gold. Just pure speed to get the points I need.

Over and over? How does that benefit you past the first time you declare a skill Legendary? You're just recycling the same perk points over again anytime you declare the skill Legendary again after that. It's not like you're getting any extra perk points in the process.

@@MajorSlackAttack You do get extra. You gain a few extra overall levels as you legendary a skill and build it up again. At higher levels this may only be 1-2 perk points per legendary session but when you are working two skills at once this way it adds up. Your primary build skills may not be giving you much over all levels any more and it may be a detriment to legendary one of those. I have used it to get to 80 so I could get the Ebony warrior to spawn. Stuff like that.

Yes I was aware of the character levels being gradually gained in the process. I didn't think that's what you meant by "a crap load of perk points". I never thought anybody would be dedicated to that kind of grind. Well, all the power to ya if that's the way you like to do it. :)
