Hi, great review. How did you decide skyshed versus nexdome? Is the dome fully automated? Or is it manual?

I would be concerned about my weight and being on that decking at the same time as the telescope. Are you using a pier that is separate from the deck floor or are you using a tripod that sits on that floor? I'm a BIG guy, over 300 lbs and I can usually feel that kind of material give a bit under my feet. So I'm curious now that you have lived with it for over a year, do you regret that deck material? Does it distort or stretch under the weight of the scope?
