Dassault sure knows how to make beautiful planes. Their Rafale is probably the single most beautiful production fighter jet in the would imo

Happy memories of flying around Saudi Arabia in the early 80s in a Falcon 50 owned by Philips Telecommunications. They had a fleet of Falcons with tail numbers from PH-ILA to PH-ILZ #goodolddays

Completely unrelated story… In Finland there is one Cessna plane that has tail numbers OH-WTF 🥳🤣 (It is used by the parachute 🪂 club in Vaasa.)

If I were in the market, which I am not, the question I would ask is about cabin pressurization and relative humidity. In the B787 and the A350, I have found this makes the greatest difference to comfort on long flights.

Usual whinge from myself, 28.48kN = 6,400 lbf. 29.9kN = 6,722lbf. You had just started to note the pounds force of the engines, too. The rest of the video is your typical high quality output. Many thanks as always.

Sky, yes I realise that English isn't your first language, but two things amused me. Of course, the lavatory has a full range of conveniences. It's a lavatory. If it didn't have a lavatory at all, some would say that was inconvenient! If you were to opt for the bathroom instead, how would a non-vertical shower work instead of the vertical shower?
@SkyshipsEng5 ай бұрын
@@COIcultist You should see the toilets in light aircraft like the Pilatus. About the shower. This is business aviation, I admit that on some aircraft the customer will want a regular bathtub and it will be implemented somehow) I’ll try to write the lbf too, to make it more convenient for you
@COIcultist5 ай бұрын
@@SkyshipsEng Sky, I was teasing you about toilets and conveniences. Public toilets are often known as public conveniences. I was also very literally trying to envision a non-vertical (horizontal, perhaps?) shower, not a bath. How the Brits might place a bath? kzbin.info/www/bejne/jn3Mk5yojdilock There is a non UK version of that advert, not just with a different voiceover but differing glasses and phone. Odd, what ad agencies think might appeal abroad. I also have a link to a clip from *Yorkshire Airlines* with their unique toilet arrangements kzbin.info/www/bejne/iJ6Zh3ZrnMmUfKM

Yup the 3 engines will be a big matter when compared to the other competitors using only 2 engines. But no doubt Dassault Falcon is considered one of the best and most desired luxurious private jet. Its designed to attract the most wealthy customers IMHO.

**switches from usual Red Army choirs to random Edith Piaf tune** Serge Dassault was the most corrupt morun, but he was quite visionnary when going all-in with the business jets. The firm owes him as much as his father's military planes, and both had the gift of creating both gorgeous and remarquable planes. Let's hope the firm can go on by itself, and never be swallowed by Airbus.
