I've actually watched a fair bit of spurs this season and yeah maddison has been good but it's an exaggerated reaction cause spurs haven't had anyone good for years.. similar with rice, I was expecting to see a different rice the way people bang on 'better than rodri' yet he's actually playing like a Liverpool or City youth player, very safe, careful play

This video has made me realise how criminally underrated Kieran Trippier is To me he's without a doubt the best RB in the world RIGHT NOW He defines his roll on the pitch perfectly and is perfectly balanced between defense and attack Last season he was without a doubt Newcastle's best player. He kept 14 clean sheets with them, had some of the most tackles and interceptions in the league and 110 chances created which was the 2nd most in the enitire league, more than the likes of Kdb and Trent IN A RB POSITION BTW Right now he stands on six assists in the PL and currently has the most chances created in the PL He even pockted the likes of Mbappe and is a force to be reckoned with in 1v1s He's miles clear of any right back right now WHY DO PEOPLE NOT RATE THIS MAN IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME

This is just a PL XI, not sure why you have Rodri and Rice in the same midfield, where's the creativity gonna come from with Walker at RB as well over Arnold. If you are gonna have 2 CDMs in midfield, then one of them has to be Kimmich, if not, Musiala up front with Bellingham, who is a CM by default and Rodri behind is the pick.

I find it weird how Kieran Trippier never gets a mention and in the football daily video, some don't even think he's world-class despite being better than Walker over the past 18 months. Sure his attacking numbers are padded a bit by set pieces but his defensive displays are always top notch as seen against Arsenal and PSG.

People can't remember anyone who isn't playing for top 6, like how they forgot Rice when he was in westham, he was always this good, but once he went to Arsenal, suddenly now media is all over him. Tripps is far better than Walker, he is so good at both attacking and defending, his chance creation is off the charts, yea his stats are high because he is taking lot of set pieces, but he also got 6 assist in this season, we all remember Walker for that one tackles the whole match because he is playing for mancity, but tripps defensive metrics are even higher than Walker.

Grimaldo has been this good consistently for years at Benfica, but since he was playing in Portugal nobody gave him the respect he deserved. Its outrageous that he had never capped for Spain until this season, and now out of a sudden he's not only being called in for his national team but he's also being considered for the discussion of the best LB in the world, which is crazy if you think about it. Glad he's finally getting the recognition he already deserved for so long!
