bruh people take Haaland for granted. He enters a new league at just 22 years old, under immense pressure. He's broken numerous records and even clinched 'the treble'! i mean the treble!! He was bought so that Manchester City could specifically win the Champions League, which they did. Could they have won it without him? No, they couldn't. But then some people will say 'But he didn't play well in both the semi-final and final.' No, he didn't, but just his presence and the fact that opponents had to focus on marking him and allocate more players to deal with him because he's so dangerous, made all the difference. Without him, they wouldn't have won the Champions League." Sure, Kane has played well, and yes, he played for Tottenham, but come on. There's a reason Haaland won the UEFA Best Player and came second in the Ballon d'Or. Perhaps it's only when, or if, Haaland moves to a new league that people will truly appreciate that a phenomenon actually played in the Premier League, which is rare. It's somewhat similar to how people took Kane for granted when he actually played in England.

The answer is Haaland, first of all, he can do everything Kane does, he’s just not required to in this system, anyone who’s watched his career pre city has seen him play deeper and average more touches, dribbles passes and an assist every 3 league games. It’s pure confirmation bias to say Kane. When Haaland was scoring at a higher rate than Kane in the bundesliga, they dismissed the level of competition saying Kane was doing it in the premier league, well now he’s playing over there, suddenly these records are staggering feats. Kane is a tremendous player, no doubt, but Haaland is on pace to be perhaps the greatest goal scorer of all time. Certainly given his production. Haaland is coming off the back of the premier league’s most productive season and being the runner up to the ballon d’or, Kane has never come close to that.

Dunno why I’d expect a good team from this lot. Di lorenzo has to be in over TAA, de bruyne should be in over Bellingham as the driving force in the treble. Haaland automatically should be up top and kvaratskhelia off the left. There’s no argument for son imo, did nothing at all last season, Bellingham has had a good start at Madrid but KDB still had a better year
