Really respect McLaren as he is a rare breed of British manager that is curious and tests himself overseas in Netherlands and Jamaica and it also speaks about his character and humility that he won the Eredivise in the Netherlands with Twente having ETH as a younger assistant but was happy to be an older assistant to also support and help ETH in his first 2 years at a difficult job at a mega club abroad! He will take Jamaica places bcos they have a lot of talented players who are wasting their careers waiting for England call up that will never happen!
