I don't think anyone wants another PSR scramble in June again. I think Targett could be added to that list once he is back. The Man Utd PSR exceptions are interesting. Doesn't sound fair, surely if change of ownership shares are allowed then we could at the very least cover the sale of Amanda's in this years figures. The PL definitely has to answer some questions regarding those exceptions.

Schar, Krafth, Lascelles all out of contract next summer, if there's an opportunity to get an upgrade in now and a player the management team want, then it's a no-brainer, would mean next summer we'd only need to be looking at a player to provide cover at RCB....... Yes, a RW would be nice and would need to be a player seen as an upgrade, but considering what I've said about players out of contract next summer, it's no a major need, think we'd need to see Almiron or Murphy out of the door before a RW comes in this summer.
