Skytubes Tour- Chuck E. Cheese Columbus OH (2011)

I recently found a skytubes tour that i recorded at the Macsway Ave location
Unfortunately this was recorded about a year and a half too late to be a phase 3 tour :(
To be completely honest, the Skytubes sucked after the 2010 remodel. It was just a single loop and a slide. The older tubes were like a giant maze that spanned most of the game room. They were much more fun to explore than what's shown in this video

Im 14 now 😢😢. This is so nostalgic. I remember climbing in the tubes and going the slide. I remember the Avenger Chuck E Cheese Walkaround mascot, which I really miss. I also miss all of the animatronics on stage. It's just that Chuck E cheese is not how it was 12-13 years ago. Those were the best years 😢😢

I used to go on Skytubes slide chuck E cheese's when i was in childhood. I loved pretending driving a car, hearing animal sounds, and sliding down the tunnel slide.

Of all restaurants to have sky-tubes like these, CEC is the only one I know to serve pizza. The others tended to serve burgers or fried chicken like McDonald’s, Burger King or Chick Filet.

When I was little, I went to the Chuck E. Cheese's on Soldano Blvd, and I remember getting shocked constantly going down the slide because of the material it was made of. But it was still fun to go down it anyway.

My favorite local took them away. It was a beautiful store when it was phase 3 and it took away a bunch of my favorite games

CEC Columbus OH I know they were gone when we visited during the summers of 2018 and 2019. You could tell the place didn’t look complete without the sky tubes because there was too much hollow room above the games. This was our first summer in two years without visiting our beloved CEC. I know it’s closed but it really hit home when our annual tradition came up😢 I didn’t get a chance to drive by the place and pay my respects 😢

CEC Columbus OH Yes I’ve seen the footage on your channel. So sad. I live in Maryland now and every summer me and my son go to Ohio to visit my mom. Starting in 2018 I started taking him to my childhood CEC and I never thought I would even get to see that place again after so many years. Who would’ve thought our visit during summer of 2019 would’ve been our last. I spent many fond childhood memories here when this was a Showbiz, including my 6th birthday party. I was always mesmerized watching the RAE shows growing up. The characters appeared so real to me I always thought they were performing just for me and my friends. At least here in Maryland we still have the Laurel location which is a 3 stage and looks like it’s in descent condition.

This store had closed in September of 2019. Sadly. We will always love this store. And before they closed for good. The stage were very old. And munch were broken. And the tv by chuck e. Will not come. The stage were in a not in good shape

You are thinking of Colerain. This is Columbus Macsway. This location closed in 2020.

Star pony loves CEC X3 the stage was actually in immaculate condition. Possibly the best functioning 3-stage outside of Dept 18. And it closed June 2020, not Sept 2019. You might be thinking of Colerain

I noticed that there is a small video on the bottom right corner from Hank Howdy a.k.a. the Tube Explorer. I'm guessing that wasn't featured in the original video when you uploaded this back in 2011 and added it later on I assume.
