@Hexiryy Don't act like you know better than Mr. Philip. In case you didn't know, Mr. Philip is the Asia Regional Manager of Matiere SAS, one of the construction companies responsible for the section 2b of SkyWay Stage 3. He obviously knows better the completion date than you do. He said it's March 2020, so that makes it official because he has the highest authority in this project.
