Hi! The survey is a written response or live/video? Did you submit the video interview after the survey questions or was it a few days after?

The survey is more of a personality test. For example: do you strongly agree or strongly disagree that you're a team player. They also ask if you're open to travel different countries and have a passport and things like that.

Hi! I had a similar application process only after the group interview and one on one, I received a general email asking me to do a background check with Sterling. No invite to training yet. Is this normal?

That happened with me! Normal for some-they just fast tracked you to the last part.
