Lol it's kinda a parody of the Korean dating show called "Ex-Change" where ex-partners go on a show to find love, either with their previous ex or someone new. The catch though is that they can't let each other know who is who's ex. I'm pretty sure the cabin they shot this in was also the same one they filmed the actual show in. I recommend watching it, especially the second season ^^

Here the synopsis for the real variety show. | EXCHANGE 3 | Synopsis: Four ex-couples live under one roof for three weeks to find love-new or re-visited.
