Lovestay is a really emotional song. Hyunjin created this hashtag which could be seen under his each IG post. Felix started to use it a lot when Hyunjin was on hiatus. That was a spark of hope. Like he was saying: Hyunjin will come back for sure, don't forget him. Since then he used under his each post. And in 2022, some Hyunjin Stans (akgaes) called him out for using this hashtag, saying he has no personality and want stealing everything from Hyunjin. He stopped using it right away. That's kinda sad. Hyunjin created lovestay but all of skz love stays. Felix gave us hope of hj comeback through this hashtag. Now he isn't allowed to use it anymore

As is well known, Han is a very confident individual. Ppl with his personality (ISTP) generally consider themselves to be better than most, to be smart and thinking logically and so they gauge their abilities logically and become very confident. Han said this was his problem so many times where he had problems cause of his pride and he is also the member who was behind most big fights/arguments in skz. He also wanted to be the best rapper and lyrics. Han said in live that he believed he was better than Changbin. But when Changbin released Streetlight, Han said he was utterly defeated and realised he is still not on Changbin' level 😭

Hey, just wanted to share this from Anaise loves music (YT) on the inspiration for Streetlight -- This song was written by Changbin when he was feeling lonely and piled up. He felt like he couldn’t tell anyone about his frustration. Though after writing this song, he felt he finally shook everything off of his mind. Do you ever wonder how the streetlights feel? Standing alone in the streets, couldn’t do anything but shine for others. When the daylight comes in, it was forgotten by people since it was not of use. When the night falls, they brighten up the road for the people on their journey. But, sometimes, if they feel tired, they feel like they just want to rest and have a night for themselves, not to shine for anyone but themselves, people would just call them selfish and complain about it. At the end, it would only be replaced by a new one ‘cause they were labeled as “broken”. Once you get to know Changbin a bit more this song lands even harder because of the role that he plays in Skz. The members often refer to him as the "core" because he always tries his best to be there for all the members. 😢 Chan and Changbin’s 2 kids room and Changbin and Seungmin’s 2 kids room episodes will explain a lot.

oh lovestay,, when it came out i cried for like,,, full half an hour if not more. at work. 😭😭😭 it was such an emotional thing after such a difficult year as a stay,, #lovestay was originally just a hashtag hyunjin used in his instagram posts and he created it. and then during his hiatus we stays and members used this hashtag a lot since we couldn't mention his name on social media cause every stay post with his name immedatly attracted antis ;___; so we called him lovestay boy instead to avoid negative attention

I can't imagine how awful that must have been for the group and Hyunjin himself. There's so much hate and negativity out in the world that it's so sad when a light like that is smothered with it. So there are little differences like for example in Streetlight in the new version you can hear Chan's adlibs at the end more clearly and same for Han's "babe" adlib in Close. Some things about the songs: - the blue paint on the plant in Streetlight refers to the blue tree project, a project about mental health and depression awareness. - Maknae on Top... when it was first released on twitter you would see everywhere fandoms making edits about their faves' maknaes with this song. - I Got It is full of korean word plays and slang, I recommend you to check itsAndyandJus translation video. An example is "I Got It" sounding really similar to the Korean word "agari" which means "shut up" (korean slang). Thank you again for the great reaction. I get emotional whenever I hear their songs about heartache or being hurt. It always makes me go, "who hurt them, I need names"... lol. The whole album, between the new so gs and prior releases is definitely a Rollercoaster of emotions. But all are so good. I can't wait for the next video. Just as everyone has said already about Binnie in Streetlight, it’s a powerful song that brings me chills every time I hear it but breaks my heart as well because I think of the 1 Kids Room where he talks about being there to listen for everybody and their problems and then he turned around and wrote this😢 I love you both so much! Not only as I’ve said before for your thorough journeys thru each group (I found you with Ateez) but you’re keeping us about as well fed as SKZ themselves 😅 I really appreciate you, Tori & Bree (Bri?🫣) for taking the time to actually watch both videos & lyrics for this release. Hiii ❤️ ! I hope you're both feeling good ! Today was a rollercoaster of emotion, from crying to maknae on top (yes it's an emotion) it was something ! So long comment ahead ! (I even broke the chalk I was writing with 😂😭😭😭) #LoveStay First I have to explain my relationship with this song. I love all of stray kids songs, but there are two special songs for me, I'll tell you the other when you'll react to it but #LoveStay is one of the two. In november 2021 I started getting interested in skz but I became a stay in january thanks to this song ! I knew almost everyone but I wanted to know everyone to call myself a stay but I heard this song. Felix's voice in the chorus literally broke me, I cried for such a long time that I said "if I cry for them I might be a stay". So this song is really special to me. So yes the idea comes from the hashtag Hyunjin always uses in his insta posts and he wrote it. He actually wrote it during his hiatus which makes it even more important ! Like he was dealing with hard things but he still wrote a song for us ? You don't know how much I prayed for something when I learned that it was gonna be in the skz replay album. I prayed for the 4 "step out" to still be included because I don't know for me it represented them. But it was not and I'm so disappointed you have no idea. The moment where you saw Innie and Felix cry is from the noeasy show case. It's actually a performance of Grow up (fun fact that's how I discovered the song). This performance kills me everytime, I cry every single time. I watched it like 5 times and I still cry. Zone ! Fun thing that I noticed in multiple 3racha songs : they have almost always the same structure ! Han or Changbin starts the song, Chan has the chorus, the one who didn't start has the second verse and then chorus of Chan. Then sometimes they had a 3rd verse or a bridge. There's something about Han's raps in 3racha songs ! Like I don't know but his raps always marks me in 3racha songs ! The flows, the way he changes ! The growl in his voice ! The low rap ! I probably mentionned for Miroh that they used Maori and it was the second time they used Maori. Because the first time was in this song ! Close ! I don't know why it's one of the song that I listened to the less ! I love it but I don't listen to it ! Oh and I don't know if you noticed but Han was often hiding his mouse. He said that he was doing so because he forgot the lyrics..... I actually never read the lyrics and it was definetly not what I was expecting ! Streetlight ! Same as Close, I don't listen to it that much, but still more than Close. But this one it's more because it hurts sometimes to listen to it. The blue paint represents the mental health. And I don't know if you remember but in Ex, he also had blue paint. I never read the lyrics either but I knew what it was about. But reading them makes it so much more real. And the moment I realized why Chan was there, it hurt a little bit too much. Hate to admit ! I love this song with all my heart ! My second favorite after Alien ! Fun thing that happened for me. One time I was listening to it and my dad came in my room and actually stopped to listen, even tho he never listens to kpop when I play kpop. It was so weird to see him so interested in a song. I absolutely love his voice and his tone in this song ! And the moment he belts !!!! I ALWAYS increase the volume when it comes to this part ! I got it ! It's my least favorite from all of the skz replay album (without counting Drive because I don't and will never listen to this song), but it's Han so i still like it. But reading the lyrics for the first time, I don't know, made me appreciate it a little bit more ! Oh and fun fact he says "scissor" at some point. He has a solo song called Scissor that he never released but he already performed it. Han we are still waiting for you to release this song !!!!! The ending of this song is everything ! I love it so much ! Little star Know that I will always call this song Little star because it's such a better name than Miss you. It was like my third time listening to this song. I cried so hard, that confirms the fact that I can't listen to this song. But the squishy toy ! 😭😭😭😭😭 I have lost People in my life but actually I don't think of them when I listen to this song. It's just the story behind the song that hurts me so bad ! So my conclusion will be, think of Kkami because he is alive and healthy and we should be happy about that ! Maknae on top ! You're right ! Innie is always here to cheer us up ! But the transition between the song was not good at all 😂😭😭😭😭. If you watch, at one point. Chan and Binnie are on the right down and they do God's menu dance ! Fun fact that's not fun, they don't include the conversation in the new version !!!!! I'm not even disappointed, I'm mad !!!!!!!! I need the conversation in the song. It misses something without the conversation ! At the end Innie hugs eggs. It's a reference to a game they played once. Innie had to protect 12 eggs. But the instant he was out of the room, Minho took them and broke them. So Innie was mad like literally mad, he said it later, and was pouting the rest of the video. Minho even apologised after because Innie was really mad. So here he protects them while sleeping ! At the end I was zoning out, because the emotions switch were not for me. And I heard you say happy birthday. And it's quite funny because my birthday was 2 days ago 😂

If we're crying that means we're already in too deep! This song is so beautiful. What a beautiful song to become a STAY to ❤️. Hyunjin is such a beautiful and caring soul. To write such a comforting song to his fans while going through such a hard time ❤️❤️. Zone We didn't know they used Maori in this song as well! For me 'miss you' it's honestly was too resent to hear (it came up in 2020, the exact year I lost my boy and I wasn't able to hear it. Even now it's so hard. I'm impressed that Hyunjin was able to sing it and not tearing up in the process :'D

Something I forgot to mention that u guys probably already know by now is that ‘I Got It’ was a diss track for mnet after what happened for the 2020MAMA performance (if u don’t know it was the opening performance for kingdom. They were notified 3 days before the performance and they were not nominated for any mama awards at all, but in the end it became the most viewed mama performance that year. So they were pissed (as u can tell from their expressions during the performance), and they used a b-side track because mnet doesn’t deserve it and instead of the famous god’s menu that got popular that year. Then from that year on every mama performance they always started w a b-side first, then the title track (cheese then thunderous, venom then maniac)) this track from han was released basically right after the 2020MAMA, and it was so good, and he was really pissed as I said before that there is so much word play that basically is saying Sh-t and like f u but without actually using them. Han is really a lyrical genius(there is one swear word in there tho i think)
