I've seen quite a lot of videos where it's just assumed that someone who enters the world of SLA calculations just knows how to get to the numbers; that's not the case with me. I'd like to express my gratitude for uploading the video content and focusing on showing how you reach the numbers! 🙏🏼 It saved me a lot of frustration and now allows me to continue diving deeper into designing for the cloud.

Hey, helpful video - shouldn't the second example be "CANNOT be more". If the Downtime cannot be less than 1 min, you could offer a 0% uptime SLA and still not breach contract?

I am curious why we need to subtract the figure from 1 in 6:18 of 13:05 mins, it applied only in this formula or it depends on how much we specific of that particular number. Thank you in advance.
