Pretty sure it's open G ((D G D G B D)) Inspired to learn myself. Heard for the first time today. Trying now and the tuning sounds good. Tell me what you think.

hmm. judging by the last chord - DGDGBE because he hits that G on the 3rd fret (high) E string. But you could get away with both. Possible he was just rushing the tuning for this video and left it as is. So I would lean towards a proper open G tuning.
