"how do we fix that" should've done proper police work on the original scene and detained everyone and attackers wouldn't be considered "victims". This entire situation evolved because of PD incompetence.

Johnson is gonna be used a scapegoat and fired for how this was mishandled when Slacks was the one who didn't take Ramee's statement and Frost was the one who took a GSR negative gunshot victim out of an ambulance in order to search them against SOP (she said it was procedure to search everyone on scene but Ramee didn't get searched by her Captain, so obviously that is false).

@@Rosspkc The Seniors and Captains had a command meeting last night. They were deciding on whether or not to fire Johnson for lying on internal reports about his fight with Mr. K at the sack. Guaranteed if they get the opportunity they'll make him a scapegoat and say some BS like we're overturning K's conviction because a corrupt cop who lied on internal reports and was first on scene mishandled K's case.

Solve the problem? Maybe do some actual police work and build an investigation instead of basing your whole case on 1 witness testimony within 24 hours. The fact that K was GSR negative and they still searched him is absolutely mind blowing

They could legally still search him but charging the victim is wild n never has happened in the past. In the past they'd just take the gun n let him loose which is what slacks did but ruth got involved n demanded he get charges.

There really is no issue searching him. Just because you are GSR negative doesn't mean you are not involved in a crime. That being said, the cops got a call for gunshots, GSR negative just proves that K isn't the one that shot, but he had the names of the people. The issue is that they ignore the names and let everyone else go, and put the blame on K for a gunshot call when he wasn't the one who shot. If they detained and questioned the people he named and gathered all the evidence and statements, K would accept the outcome.

Slacks didn’t want to push charges on K. He deferred to Ruth on this one, because Ruth claimed he was conflicted due to renting out one of K’s houses.
