I had seen the tutorial before getting on the line; When I went up for the first time I thought I was safe from the shaking (obviously it wasn't, it was quite uncomfortable) I only remembered the case of the bodybuilders. Seeing it again was very instructive and, above all, hopeful.

The leg getting hot? Oh yeah. I definitely feel that 😂 it's so obviously an incredible exercise for a lot of fine tuned muscles that maybe we dont always get to pinpoint otherwise. I dont know if theres any research data but I feel like this activity is an incredibly useful training tool even just for everyday life. It's crazy how when I really feel myself relax, the line relaxes. Something very zen is available from slacklining.

I especially liked that the training takes place even during sleep! =)) This fact, I think, is very useful for attracting newcomers to slacklining! ))
