Warren Moon was with the Minnesota Vikings in 1995 and this is all I could find on Wikipedia; "He was traded to the Minnesota Vikings after the season, where he passed for over 4,200 yards in each of his first two seasons, but missed half of the 1996 season with a broken collarbone.
