I keep saying that there is nothing anywhere as good as this around today and that`s true. I don`t particularly want it to be true, I do wish there was something new that is comparable both for myself and the young generation who are being badly short changed but there just isn`t. As time goes by this song does not diminish at all. Still as strong as ever and one of the all time greats, not just from Slade but from anybody.

I am now 62 years old and Slade where and still are the band that should have gone even further than they did. Punk took over while they were in the USA. The best and loudest band I have ever seen from the age of 14 at the Rainbow

To me it shows the band to be much more than a out and out hard rock band it showed they had maturity and depth in their songwriting. Add to that it really demonstrates the stunning vocal ability that Noddy had. It's easily better than anything written by that overrated mob from Liverpool. This is my favourite ballad from the band.
