It is a Weber 38/38. Emission stuff is all removed will not legally pass smog. I live in SD too. If you want a good carburetor that is smog legal Weber makes a 50 State 32/36 progressive carburetor kit. $330 shipped on aptuned.com. Good luck!

They are the stock 79-83 4x4 flares from the same truck. All I did was trim the inside out completely and mount them from the top of the flares with allen screws and drilling into the bed.
