If you're going to come to court and say that somebody broke your car at least give the legitimate stories brake rotors do not bend they get warped and that happens from heat from excessive breaking not sudden breaking. If anything tires may have had flat spots if they lock them up but it sounds more like in this case she just brakes really hard and he didn't like it but she most definitely did not bend his rotors and that is just plain old laughable then shows how stupid this defendant early is

They were arguing she tried to reach for him as he was slamming the door like he said. She admitted that he had asked her not to touch him but I guess the judge missed that because he was making jokes and talking over the litigants like usual. I dont think he harmed her intentionally. That being said I do believe he was negligent because if you slam a door on someone out of anger then it is very likely to cause harm to that person and there was no need to even close the door since there were other passengers that needed to get out.
