criminality is all about skill, not progression . Plus criminality doesen’t have any crazy glitches like super speed like da hood. Still you can get really good with a cheap gun if you have good aim and good consistency with fire rate, like example the g17 is super cheap but still overall good gun to the point where high levels use it.
