It's a Subpac M2X. Basically it's a backpack that vibrates like a subwoofer, but instead of vibrating air like a normal speaker - it vibrates me. It gives the sensation of sitting on top of a gigantic subwoofer. Do I need it; nope. Do I absolutely love this thing; HELL YEAH!!
